E. F. Torrey Residence circa 1930

Edwin Fuller Torrey residence was constructed in 1912, and replaced a larger building which had been a private school since 1851. At the former building Clara Barton, Red Cross founder, attended in 1852. Torrey was a successful hop broker and insurance man. |
